1. What Ragnabot is

Ragnabot is a turn-based RPG that runs inside Discord through slash commands and buttons. It also has a small website where you can log in with Discord to see your character. The bot is private: it is run by one person (the "owner", Piererra) and is meant for people the owner knows. It is not a commercial service.

2. Who can use it

• You must follow the Discord Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, including Discord's minimum age for your country.
• The owner can decide who may use the bot, and can remove anyone's access at any time, with or without a reason.

3. Playing fair

Please do not:

• use bugs, exploits, scripts or automation to gain items, zeny, levels or other advantages. If you find a bug, tell the owner instead;
• try to break, overload, or get unauthorised access to the bot, the website or its database;
• use the bot to harass other people or to break any law.

If you do, the owner may undo what you gained, reset your character, or block you.

4. Virtual items have no real value

Everything in the game (zeny, gems, items, gear, levels, titles, energy) is virtual and only exists inside the game. It has no cash value, cannot be bought or sold for real money, and does not belong to you in any legal sense. Do not trade game items for money or anything else of real value.

5. The game will change

This is a project under active development. The owner may change rules, balance, items, skills and features, remove features, or reset or wipe game data (for example when the game's data model changes). Your progress is not guaranteed to be kept.

6. Game masters

The owner and any game masters (GMs) the owner appoints can see your game data and can edit it through the GM tools on the website, for example to fix a bug, give back lost items, or test the game. GM actions are logged. See the Privacy Policy for details.

7. Availability

Ragnabot runs on free plans of third-party services, so it may be slow, go offline, or stop completely without warning. There is no promise that it will always work or that it will keep running.

8. No warranty, limited liability

Ragnabot is provided "as is" and "as available", without any warranty. To the extent the law allows, the owner is not responsible for lost progress, lost items, downtime, or any other loss that comes from using or being unable to use the bot or website.

9. Third parties

• Ragnabot works through Discord and is not made by, affiliated with, or endorsed by Discord Inc.
• The game uses data and artwork inspired by Ragnarok Online. It is an unofficial fan project and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Gravity Co., Ltd. or the creators of rAthena. All Ragnarok Online names and artwork belong to their owners.

10. Ending your use

You can stop using Ragnabot at any time. You can ask the owner to delete your game data (see the Privacy Policy). The owner may end or suspend your access, or shut the project down, at any time.

11. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If you keep using Ragnabot after a change, you accept the new terms.
